In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) without undue delay, and in any event within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, where feasible. We will provide you with clear information about the nature of the breach, the likely consequences, and the measures we are taking to address it.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
